Pren / Services / IFTA fuel tax
Included in every plan
IFTA fuel tax, filed every quarter.
Your ELD already knows the miles by state and your fuel card knows the gallons. Pren turns them into your quarterly return, checks every record, and files it after you approve, with the proof behind every number.
Start with your DOT number Compliance from $29 a truck a month
Every quarter
- Miles by state from your ELD, gallons from your fuel card transactions.
- Every record checked: odd miles per gallon, fuel with no card record, miles in a state with no fuel.
- Questions come to you the same day, not at quarter end.
- The return explained in one plain sentence, with one Approve button.
Filed and proven
- Your Pren team files at your base state's portal and keeps the receipt.
- The tax you owe goes from your account straight to the state.
- Four years of the records behind each return, kept for audits.
- The audit packet in one click.
The details
Common questions.
When is the next IFTA return due?
Third-quarter returns, for July to September, are due Oct 31, 2026. Start now and Pren prepares the quarter from your ELD's history.
What if a fuel receipt is missing?
Your fuel card transaction is the record. When a purchase has no card record, Pren asks you for the receipt the same day, so the gallons are not lost in an audit.
